Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At SILAZTECH / ACTOR, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shopify secure payment system

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Payment information is processed directly by our authorized payment providers.

2. Currency

All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

For international transactions, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments. SILAZTECH / ACTOR is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your financial institution.

3. Payment Timing

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

If payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is:

  • declined,

  • unsuccessful, or

  • later reversed by the payment provider,

we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Repeated failed payment attempts may result in order refusal.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, SILAZTECH / ACTOR reserves the right to:

  • request additional verification,

  • temporarily hold an order, or

  • cancel a transaction

if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase,

  • within 14 days of confirmation of withdrawal or refund approval.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

7. Chargebacks

In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to:

  • dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, and

  • pursue recovery of related costs where legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for any costs resulting from unjustified payment reversals.

8. Custom and Personalized Products

For personalized or custom-engraved products, production begins only after payment has been successfully received.

Refund and cancellation conditions for custom products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
