Our store is hosted on Shopify.

4. CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Certain products are custom-made or personalized (including engraved items).

By placing an order for a personalized product, you confirm that all submitted text, spelling, and content are accurate and final.

SILAZTECH / ACTOR is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Under applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.

Production time for personalized items may extend the standard processing time.

5. ORDERS

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase.

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • obvious pricing errors

  • stock unavailability

  • suspected fraud or abuse

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are valid at the time of order.

Applicable taxes may be included where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers (including Shopify payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not store credit card information.

7. SHIPPING

Shipping is carried out through third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • GLS

  • Foxpost

  • Express One

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

For personalized products, additional production time may apply.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
