What are the bottles made of?

Our bottles are made of double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel with a BPA-free lid. Their design is reminiscent of Stanley-style bottles, making them the perfect everyday companion.

What does BPA-free mean?

BPA (bisphenol-A) is a chemical added to many commercially available products, including plastic bottles and hygiene products. Some experts say it is toxic and we should try to avoid it.
Our products are 100% BPA-free, so you can use them with the utmost safety.

What are the dimensions and capacities?

Currently available in two sizes:

  • 30oz (approx. 887ml)

  • 40oz (approx. 1.2 liters)

What payment methods do you accept?

In the webshop you have the opportunity to:

  • For bank card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (from mobile)

Can it be cleaned in a dishwasher?

We recommend hand washing the bottles so that the engraved pattern remains beautiful for a long time and the vacuum insulation is not damaged.

How long does the bottle retain heat?

Generally:

  • Hot drink: up to 5-8 hours

  • Cold drinks: up to 9–12 hours (ice water even longer)

Can I request a custom text?

For now, you can order products with the ACTOR logo, but we are constantly working on custom engraved water bottles. Follow us for fresh collections so you don't miss out on our coolest and newest water bottles!

Do you engrave the quotes on the bottles?

Yes! We engrave each quote, movie title or design into the bottle in our own workshop, with meticulous attention to detail.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?

Please contact us at support@silaztech.com with your order number and a photo. We will handle all complaints quickly and flexibly.

Is there a return option?

As each product is custom made, returns are only possible in the case of a defective or damaged product. Details: Return and Refund Policy

My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us at support@silaztech.com and we will investigate where your package may have gotten stuck.

The product was damaged after I unpacked it. What should I do?

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. Please take a photo of the packaging and the product. Send it to us at support@silaztech.com. We will review your request within 5 business days and replace or refund your product. 

How many days will it take to receive my product?

Shipping within Hungary typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of order.

International shipping: 7-21 days

Delivery time may vary depending on the product ordered. Engraved orders may take longer, as each piece is engraved individually in our studio. If processing takes more time than expected, we kindly ask for your patience. We do everything we can to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Where do we deliver to? 

We provide shipping across Hungary and the European Union, with options for home delivery or parcel point pickup. You can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
International home delivery is also available for countries outside the EU; these shipments typically arrive in the destination country within 7 to 21 business days."
