Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For personalized or custom-engraved products, processing time may be extended due to production requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or new collection launches, processing times may be longer than usual.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping is carried out through third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • GLS

  • Foxpost

  • Express One

The available shipping method will be selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

ACTOR products are limited, individually engraved pieces. Our goal is to ensure that every package arrives in the same quality as we envisioned.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

During this time, engraving, quality control, and packaging are completed.

Transit Time: 2–4 business days

The exact delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Total Delivery Time:

Within the European Union: 3–7 business days
Outside the European Union: 7–21 business days

Total delivery time is calculated from the date of order placement until delivery.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over 30,000 HUF.

Hungary: 1,890 – 2,290 HUF
(The exact fee depends on the selected carrier and delivery address.)

Within the European Union: 4,990 HUF
Outside the European Union: 8,990 HUF

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and provided for informational purposes only.

4. Transfer of Risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

If the customer independently selects a carrier not offered by us, the risk transfers upon handover to that carrier.

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel), any additional shipping costs for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrectly provided shipping information.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military addresses

Please ensure that a valid and complete street address is provided at checkout.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply after the order has been shipped.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SILAZTECH / ACTOR is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third parties or customs authorities.

9. Damaged Packages or Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the case and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

10. Lost Packages

If a package is marked as lost according to the tracking system, please contact us.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

11. Local Pickup

Local pickup is currently not available.
